This Privacy Policy describes how Levon Amirkhanyan, operating as Arcmile ("Arcmile," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information gathered through arcmile.io and arcmiledigital.com, and through any forms, pages, or messaging we operate on the GoHighLevel platform (together, the "Site"). Arcmile is a digital marketing company.

Text messaging data. We do not share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent records with any affiliates or third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the Text Messaging section below.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit a contact, quote request, or booking form, we collect what you give us, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your project or business.

Consent records. When you opt in to text messages or email, we keep a record of that consent, including the date and time, the method (for example, the form you submitted), and the phone number or email address you provided.

Communications. We keep records of inquiries, messages, scheduled calls or appointments, and, if you become a client, service-related correspondence.

Payment information. If you become a client, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account numbers; Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Technical information. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether our services are a fit for your business, schedule and confirm calls or appointments, and, if you engage us, deliver those services and process payment. We may also use information to improve the Site, understand how it is used, maintain records of your communication preferences and consent, protect against fraud or misuse, and, if you have provided consent where required, send you occasional updates about our services.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Consent. You will receive text messages from Arcmile only if you have opted in, for example by checking the consent box on one of our forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

What we send. Messages relate to your inquiry or our services, such as replies to your request, scheduling and appointment reminders, customer support, and account or service notifications. We will not send promotional text messages unless you have specifically agreed to receive them.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Opt-out requests are processed promptly.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS data protection. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as messaging platforms and customer-service providers, solely to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Third-Party Services and Sharing

We use third-party service providers to operate the Site and our business, including GoHighLevel for forms, scheduling, client communication, and text and email messaging, and Stripe for payment processing. We may also use additional services from time to time, such as Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, email marketing platforms, or similar analytics and advertising tools, to understand Site traffic and measure the performance of our marketing. These providers process information on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own independent marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information:

• For legal reasons — if required by law or legal process, in response to valid requests from law enforcement or courts, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

• In a business transfer — if Arcmile's business is transferred to a successor entity (including a company formed by the owner), merged, or sold. Information transferred remains subject to the commitments in this policy.

These disclosures exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent, as described above.

Cookies and Tracking

The Site may use cookies or similar tracking technologies, including from the third-party services named above, to support basic site function and, if enabled, to analyze traffic or measure advertising performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some Site features.

Do Not Track

The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to your inquiry, providing services, and meeting legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. We retain records of messaging consent and opt-outs for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.

Your Choices

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email and stop text messages by replying STOP. You may withdraw consent for future communications at any time. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the Site, including using reputable service providers and restricting account access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
