These Terms of Service govern your use of arcmile.io and arcmiledigital.com, and any forms, pages, or messaging we operate on the GoHighLevel platform (together, the "Site"). The Site is managed by Levon Amirkhanyan, operating as Arcmile ("Arcmile," "we," "us"), providing digital marketing services. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Use of the Site

This Site is provided for informational purposes to describe Arcmile's services to local service businesses. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misuse any form, contact method, or content on the Site, including by submitting false information or someone else's contact details. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, content, or services described on this Site at any time without notice. We may restrict or end access to the Site for anyone who violates these terms.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program description. If you submit a form on the Site and check the box consenting to text messages, Arcmile will send you text messages related to your inquiry and our services, such as replies to your request, scheduling and appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling updates, customer support, and service notifications for clients. Consent is collected through a dedicated, optional checkbox on our web forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Opting out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again by the same method you originally used.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email [email protected].

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and, for clients, your service activity. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Carriers. Our messaging works with major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages.

Privacy. Information collected through the messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment not to share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We operate this program in accordance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and CTIA messaging guidelines.

No Guarantee of Results

Content on this Site, including any examples, case studies, or descriptions of past results, is illustrative only and does not guarantee similar results for your business. Specific service commitments are made only in a signed services agreement between Arcmile and a client.

Services Agreements Control

These terms govern use of the Site only. If you become an Arcmile client, your signed services agreement governs the services, and it controls over these terms if the two conflict.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Arcmile unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference.

Third-Party Links

This Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to it does not imply endorsement.

Privacy

Information collected through this Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
