Nope. No minimum term and no long-term contract. It runs month to month. There's no cancellation fee and nothing to buy your way out of.

If you decide to stop, just give us 30 days' notice — that window exists so we can hand your material over properly rather than switching things off mid-sentence. Other than that, you lose access to the systems we built for you.

Your domain is registered in your name, on your email, from day one. Your content, your photos, your Google listing and every review you earn are permanently yours — none of it depends on us, and all of it belongs to you if you leave.

The website is an ongoing service rather than a one-off purchase. We build it, host it, secure it and maintain it for as long as you're with us — that's what the monthly fee covers. This works the same way on every plan, Starter included.

If you decide to stop, the site comes down along with the systems we built but everything else stays with you. Your domain points wherever you want it to next, and we hand back your photos, logos and copy so whoever builds your next site starts from your material rather than from scratch.

Usually, yes — on Foundation or Momentum. The review system can run alongside a site we didn't build. It takes a little more setup on our end and we absorb that. Starter doesn't apply here, since Starter is the website.

Two things we'd need to sort out on the call: who currently manages the site, and whether they can add a small piece of code for us. If your web person is responsive, it's straightforward. If nobody's touched it in three years and the login is lost, that's worth knowing before we start.

The site goes live in seven to ten days. This depends heavily on how quickly you get us everything we need to build it out. Other than that, on Starter that's the whole timeline — there's nothing else waiting on anyone.

Review requests may take a bit longer to switch on. Sending business texts requires registration with the phone carriers in your business name — we prepare and file it during onboarding, but approval sits with the carriers and can typically take several business days. Occasionally longer. We can't speed that up and neither can anyone else, so we file it on day one and build the site while it processes.

Once it's approved, requests start going out immediately and new reviews usually appear within a couple of weeks, depending on how many jobs you run. Position in Google's map results moves slower and depends on plenty of things outside our control. On that, unfortunately we can't give you a date (and neither can anybody else).

Fair question. First, let's do some math: If each customer brings in anywhere from $200-$300, then getting even one new customer per month from your website pays off. Now consider this:

1. Do you think a customer choosing between you and someone with four times the reviews notices the difference?
2. Do you think the person who looks you up, finds a site that loads properly and can reach you in one tap is more likely to call than the one who can't?

3. Do you think getting back to someone within a minute rather than the next morning changes who gets the job?

That's the whole thing. We're not doing anything clever — we're making sure the basics are actually in place and running. Unfortunately, for many businesses they aren't. Word of mouth can take you far and for some it's enough, but if you want to remove unpredictability, our systems help you do this.

We keep the water running on schedule so none of that effort goes to waste. We guarantee our part, depending on the plan you choose: the website runs flawlessly, review requests go out, missed calls get a reply — every month, without you having to think about it.

What we can't guarantee is a specific number of leads or a ranking position — over time, that's the goal, but that depends on a few things: how long you've been in business, your pricing next to the competition, whether you get back to customers in time, if you put in the work to help nurture the system... you get the picture.

We want to price fairly and provide quality that keeps you here — that's the whole strategy. Some agencies charge thousands for a website. We can build these systems for a fraction of that and pass the savings to you — not just lower upfront cost, but ongoing upkeep too, so your stuff doesn't go stale.
